This vacation condo is perfect for families and couples who want an affordable, resort-like stay in Florida. The master bedroom contains a King sized memory foam bed and a brand new 40 inch Roku (Netflix and Amazon Ready) TV as well as its own huge bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom has its own walk in closet and a Queen sized memory foam bed. The living room has a brand new 55 inch 4K Netflix and Amazon ready TV as well as a loveseat and a sofa bed. The condo has high ceilings and has a balcony that is perfect for enjoying the Florida weather. Includes free wifi as well as TV service with 126HD channels like ABC, NBC, FOX, CNN as well as channels like Disney and Nickelodeon for children. The apartment complex itself is very quiet and private with gated security and has a HUGE resort style pool that is rarely crowded and great for families as well as a fitness room that is open 24/7. The complex also provides a club house with a TV and kitchen for relaxation before going to the pool or any time it is open. It is located across from a shopping center with a supermarket and within walking distance of great restaurants as well as fast food restaurants like Wendy's, McDonald's, Papa Johns, Dunkin Donuts, and Chinese Food. The complex is only 5-10 minutes from beautiful CLEARWATER BEACH which has been consistently and constantly rated as one of the Best Beaches in America as well as the nightlife of Clearwater Beach. The condo is also close to the Tampa, Dunedin, and Tarpon Springs areas of Florida which have lots of attractions and history as well. If you have kids, the condo will allow you to relax for the majority of your time while also being only 90 minutes from Orlando Theme Parks like Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld.

Great Experience

The unit was a two bedroom two bath, full kitchen, washer an dryer with screened in lanai. All the amenities of home. It was perfect for our needs. The unit was in a great area with restaurants and shopping within walking distance, the pool was clean with plenty of seating. Would definitely stay again

Great property close to Clearwater Beach

Gary and Anastasios were great hosts and very responsive. The apartment was clean and stocked with conveniences for a couple days, so anything longer than that, you'll need to hit up the Publix across the street. If I'm ever in the Clearwater Area, I would stay again.

Great condo!

We really enjoyed our month stay at the Avalon in Clearwater. The condo is very well equipped with everything you'd need on vacation- from cooking utensils, pots/pans, Keurig (stocked with K-cups!), to beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. There was not a single kitchen item I lacked- they had it all! We did see a high chair and pack n play there for tots as well. Nice full sized washer and dryer. The back screened in porch was perfect for evening Scrabble games. Very comfy Livingroom furniture to lounge and a good sized dining room. The main bedroom has an amazing king sized bed, which is VERY comfortable and it's own bath. What is nice - for privacy- is that the guest bedroom is on the opposite side of the condo with a hallway bath. You don't feel crowded! Pool area was nice, and the water was heated. The workout room wasn't anything fancy, but it got the job done! It was nice when we arrived and found there were already some simply things like trash bags, a sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pod, laundry soap etc. It was convenient so you didn't have to run out and buy all those types of items on day one. You can walk across the street - in about 5 minutes- to get to Publix. All in all, a great condo- clean, comfortable and affordable. It is only a 10 minute drive to Clearwater Beach. I would also add that the owners, Gary and Anastasios were an absolute pleasure to work with! We'd highly recommend working with them and renting this condo! Sarah and Chris Cincinnati

A delightful stay.

This property is very clean and very centrally located. We thoroughly enjoyed the patio which is screened. The pool was very nice and clean but very crowded. Very close to all attractions we were interested in. We wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.

Nice Winter Vacation

We enjoyed three weeks at The Avalon. The location worked great for us. It is located near stores, shopping, restaurants and a short drive to beautiful Clearwater Beach. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was very helpful for beach and pool towels. The bedrooms and baths are a nice size with updated master bath. The kitchen was well stocked so we had everything we could need. The development is well maintained and gated. Most renters are long term repeat snowbirds who enjoy socializing at the heated pool. Although there were some problems with the heaters, they were replaced and the pool water was comfortable before we left. The owners were responsive to any requests we had.

Beautiful, and clean appartment!

This was our best, and most comfortable family vacation stay. The apartment was VERY clean, and exceptionally well equipped. We enjoyed the full size kitchen with all appliances, and the dinning setting, since we cooked some dinners there. Bathrooms are just beautiful! Pool area is gorgeous. Publix is across the street, and it's under 20 minutes to Whole Foods Market. Communications with the Owners was excellent. We highly recommend this place!

condo review

The condo was spacious and nice. I wasn't crazy about the location only because it was farther from my son than I thought. That was my fault. The pool was nice but it closed early so we could not swim at night. Most places keep the pool open at least until 10 but they closed here way too early. I loved that it had all the things needed for the beach. That was great. It was a great price for everything that was included. I would enjoy staying here again.

Nice home away from home. Owners were great to work with!! Went above and beyond! Minutes away from the beach and everything you could need. My only complaint would be that you can hear the tenants above you from time to time. We would definitely come back.
