Please note that promotions are subject to blackout periods and are not valid during holiday or special event weeks. On the Rocks #12 is a non-smoking property; a $500 deep cleaning fee will be applied if evidence of smoking is found inside or outside the unit. A designated smoking area is located on the southeast corner of the complex, near the street. Guests must be 21 years of age or older with a valid credit card to book, and a valid ID is required at check-in. Self check-in is available 24 hours a day. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
