'The property is conveniently located within walking distance from the beach, the market, restaurants and the old town area. The property was very nice and clean, with a nice view. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. They provided us with a lot of useful information. They also accommodated us by allowing us to keep the apartment an extra hour so we could have enough time to return from our tour. We had a wonderful experience.'
'Een mooie en ruime kamer die wel op geen enkele van onze 5 dagen werd gepoetst. Nooit verse handdoeken gekregen. Jammer dat het licht niet kon bediend worden van in het bed.
De gemeenschappelijke keuken en gratis gebruik van de koffiemachine was wel heel leuk en handig. Er is parkeergelegenheid aan €5,- per dag net buiten het centrum.

'Beautiful hotel in a magnificent location! Super friendly staf. Mudra restaurant is to die for, suite expensive, but worth every penny with excellent food and super friendly waiters.
Beach restaurant not recommended. Long waiting times, food at the pool is 1000x better.
Beach front villa big, but showers dont work properally and beds squeek. We got an upgrade from a suite, but i wouldnt pay 2000€/n for it.

'Our stay here was nothing short of spectacular. The view from our suite's balcony was gorgeous, and the hotel management truly went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted - both in the hotel and even outside the hotel with things like getting the very best with restaurants/transportation. I can't recommend this place enough, and we are already talking about going back some day.'

'Location in old town is fantastic, if you like clubbing and partying. Room is noisy and party just below windows is till about 3 o'clock in the night.
We didn't bother much about noise though, we sleep easily.
To be fair I think the guesthouse has 3 proper rooms that would be okay if you're not scared of the noise and poor service, rooms 1, 2 and 3 looked decent enough. Unluckily we had room number 4.
We were mainly frustrated that the room they put us in was not really shown in the photos...
'This place is for my non picky travelers (just to sleep). It is located right in the heart of old town, minutes from the beach and bus station. Erdi was a great host and he was very accommodating, if you need anything, just ask. Good AC! Internet not so great so dont even think about working, just enjoy Kotor. PS. The Balkan breakfast he offers is delicious. PLUS: he has a very nice cafe minutes away. I would definitely come back if Im ever in Kotor again.'
'Negative experience. The room was dirty, facilities broken, e.g.: WC and sink were leaking water. When telling this to the host, he mentioned that rooms are cleaned every day, if that is true (which we do not believe), the standard of cleaning is equal to non-existent. Also he said that someone will be sent to solve the bathroom leakages, but it did not happen. '

'Kamer was top, vrijwel alles bij de hand wat je nodig hebt. Bedden waren lekker, douche was goed. Schoon. Alleen de schoonmaak is maar 1x in de 3 dagen, dan ook pas schone handdoeken etc (of je moet het eerder vragen). Dat zou wat vaker kunnen'
'Very nice boutique-style hotel. Modern, clean and very good service. In my booking an ample breakfast was included. The Porto Montenegro marina is at walking distance. A supermarket was at less than 200 meters, and so are banks and a post-office. If in summer you want to avoid the crowds in the old town of Kotor, I really think La Fleur in Tivat could be a good alternative.'
