'The ocean view room as clearly advertised when booking wasn’t provided to us upon arrival, and the management was quite unprofessional and slow in handling the matter, they eventually moved us to an ocean view room (also our room didn’t have proper hot water - becomes cold after a min of running- and pool deck wasn’t sanded/treated and each of us got numerous splinters from it), but the way they handled it took away from the experience, as well as them charging us for the services that were...

'Everything about the Mount Nevis Hotel was superb! The rooms are clean and cheerful with gorgeous, to-die-for, views. The bed (yes, going there) -- was the best and I slept so well.
