The Maisonette is well located for both walking locally and exploring the rest of Malta. Balluta Bay offers easy access to public transport, taxis and ride-hailing services.

Guests arriving from the airport can use the TD3 direct bus route, which connects the airport with the St Julian’s area. For a smoother and more direct arrival, we can also help arrange a private taxi transfer with one of our trusted cab drivers, who knows the property location and can make check-in easier. This service is available at an extra cost and can be arranged through the Airbnb messaging app.

Many cafés, restaurants, swimming spots and the seafront promenade are within walking distance, so guests can enjoy the local area comfortably without a car.

Our family-friendly apartment has been thoughtfully designed to ensure both parents and little ones feel right at home during their stay in Malta. To make your holiday easier, we offer complimentary use of baby cots and high chairs upon request (subject to availability), helping you travel lighter and stress-free. Please note that linens for baby cots are not provided, so we recommend bringing your own for extra comfort.

Construction Notice
Please note that in Malta, construction and renovation works are very common and can take place throughout the year. Unfortunately, property owners are not notified in advance about when nearby works may begin or where they may occur, and therefore we are unable to predict or control any noise that might arise during your stay.

To help keep our property safe and secure, we ask all guests to complete a quick verification before arrival, just like many hotels do. The process is simple and only takes a few minutes. Guests will also be asked to choose either a refundable damage deposit or a damage waiver before check-in.
