« Perfect location for our trip. Walking distance to Fairmont Pavillion and Folkstone Marine Park. French bakery 5 minute walk and grocery stores nearby. The villa management was very responsive. We ordered groceries ahead of arrival and were also given a contact for transportation. Villa is as advertised, fully stocked(3 comfortable bedrooms with bathrooms. « There was everything you need from lovely white bath towels, beach towels, tea towels, washing up liquid hand soaps in every bathroom as well as soap in the showers, utensils etc a real home from home. The cleaner Annette was excellent and Jaqui the management agent was there to greet us and show us around and we had her contact details for anything we needed in relation to the property nothing was too much trouble. »

« Wonderful place to stay clean and beautiful home and setting. We enjoyed every part of our stay. There were things like internet outage that are obviously out of the hands of the owner but the House Manager Michael is quick and responsive and was able to get the company out to rectify the situation very timely. « The villa is very well located. It's a 2-minute walk from a superb beach and the Jordan grocery store. The beach opposite Jordan is superb for scuba diving. The pool was clean and a great size.Alec and Andrea were both lovely people and very informative.Only one thing is the Air Conditioning isn’t really enough and really could do with being in the Main living area and also better in the bedrooms as it just wasn’t enough.Other than that we had the most wonderful fortnight at Little Bimshire and would highly recommend this lovely place. »

« Called multiple times to have the outdoor fans fixed. When booking, the ad said we will have cleaning services 3 times per week from 9-3 when in reality it is every 3 days (we got it 2 times in our 7 day stay) BETWEEN the hours of 9 and 3. The pool was not fully clean at the time of out arrival. When we asked for additional bath towels, we were told that only 1 towel per guest is allowed and after an extensive conversation, we were given 4 extra towels.
