'The room was wonderful. The home is beautiful, and all our needs were met.'

'The charm and history of the Lowell Inn was the key factor in why we selected it! Spoke with staff and the owner during breakfast, you could feel pride in what the Inn meant to the community. Parking in the ramp made access to room easier and not having to worry about “parking” elsewhere in this busy community!'

'I never checked in. Made the reservation yesterday believing I was bundling another room for July. Expedia didn't allow me to cancel. They kept my money of course'

'Room in disrepair but basically clean. Pillows very poor quality. Kitchenette was beautiful. Shower dripped the entire time . TV had no signal and never did work with the remote. I liked the hot oatmeal option with fresh fruit but coffee quality was sketch and the creamer pump did not work. No staff around to ask for help. For the price it was close and clean and safe.'

'The cinnamon rolls were not soft. The toilets in 2 of our 3 rooms didn't flush and had to have the stopper pulled after each use. One coffee machine was out of order. Otherwise, nice stay and great location for our activities. They also deactivated our key cards early before checkout which caused one party to get locked out of their room.'

'The Royal Inn in Hudson WI seemed to be well kept both inside and out, checked in fairly late so no real dealing with staff really, but the gentleman pulling the late shift at the front desk was pleasant enough..I did appreciate the large tv that was in the room and with a wide selection of channels, would likely stay again without a doubt!!'

'The pool closes at 10, if there is not a lot of people staying the don’t serve breakfast, and it’s not that clean for the price!!'

'This hotel was very underwhelming. I've stayed at other hotels for the same price or less and have had much better experiences. This hotel is in need of an upgrade. The room wasn't as clean as I would expect. The breakfast left much to be desired. Staff wasn't rude or mean, but wasn't overly friendly either. Going forward, when we stay in the Minneapolis/st paul area I will avoid this hotel.'
