This beachy ocean front condo is the perfect location for a beach getaway. With its 4th floor views and private balcony, you’ll never miss a beautiful sunrise. With a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen, this condo is ideal for entertaining. Enjoy your morning coffee from the condos Keurig or drip coffee pot on the balcony. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a king and the third bedroom, also known as the “Crow’s Nest,” has one twin bed.

All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

Family beach vacation

This trip was everything we hoped it would be. The location was perfect - close to lots of great restaurants. The condo included access to the beach and outdoor / indoor pools which we loved. The views were spectacular and the inside was nicely decorated. We made so many great memories on this trip and will be returning!

Beachfront and Family Friendly

Obviously, we loved the view! We loved seeing the pelicans fly right in front of the deck several times a day. We saw a few turtles on the move during nesting season too. The boardwalk to the beach is secured and makes the short walk to the beach easy. The beach is very clean and wasnt very busy. The complex hosted food trucks several days and our kids easily made friends and played in the pool and the central yard together several days. The elevator made the 4th floor unit very manageable. We were pleasntly surprised that the complex had shoping carts and luggage trolleys to make life even easier (bringing in groceries and luggage was a breeze).

The condo is beautifully furnished in an eclectic beachy theme. It was very clean but needs a new master sink drain that isn't rusty. Stove and refrigerator work fine but have some rust on the doors. Very comfortable beds and seating. Beautifully view and comfortable balcony seating

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else- disgusting

This condo had a great view of the beach and was close to historic St Augustine. Thats where the pros ended. When you walk in youre greated with a pungent, distinct mold smell. The master bathroom had thick black slime in the sink and shower. The inside of the washer was coated in black slime/mold and smelled terrible. The worst was the dishwasher. It was absolutely COVERED in black slimy substances and smelled so bad we had to open the patio door to air out the condo. The sink smelled equally bad. I did contact the office and the maintenence man came up. He scrubbed out the shower and sink and put a cleaning tablet in the dishwasher which did absolutely nothing. He said he'd come back, but never did. The thermostat would not stay on a setting so we were either freezing or sweating. The refrigerator did not have accessible settings and everything we put in it froze. The sheets do not fit the bed and pop off all night long and they are scratchy as are the old towels. The lighting in this condo is horrible also. We use vrbo rentals multiple times a year all over the country and ive never left a bad review but this place was awful. Would definitely never stay here again.

Family atmosphere

Thankful Colony Reef Club discourages party goers with the no smoking anywhere and limited drinking. Made for a quiet vacation with little shenanigans. If able, we will certainly choose 1402 again.

Our stay was fabulous!

Girls getaway for 5 days was wonderful! Location was perfect. Very clean! Beds were comfy! Kitchen perfectly stocked! Electric grill and outdoor furniture on the porch was awesome!! We watched the sunrise every morning from the porch….breathtaking :)

Relaxation

We (2 seniors) wanted nothing but relaxation after a busy time on Amelia Island and we got it. But I also wished we’d had a place like this when we’d had had younger kids. And now the grandsons would have a blast.

Ceiling fan in the Master bedroom didn’t work, outlet in the Master bathroom didn’t work, AC vents are undersized and no ceiling fans in the second bedroom or the crow’s nest. Not one single condiment!! Not even salt and pepper. I’ve never, ever been in a beach condo that at least didn’t have salt and pepper. You can’t plug in the electric grill and use the microwave without blowing the circuit. The patio furniture is lovely and there’s new cover let’s on the beds, but, really, invest in some sheets that fit the beds!! We spent time at the beach and the patio view was lovely, but the condo is not worth the price!!

The place had an amazing view and patio area. We had issues with ants, the AC was not working our first two days, and the floors were dirty when we got there - that was disappointing. We talked with management and they fixed the AC and sprayed for ants. Place was well equipped. The view and patio were definitely the highlights of the place.

Cozy, Restful Getaway

If you have rented vacation homes before, you know there is a certain anxiety that exists as you arrive to your destination about whether you made the right rental choice or not. That feeling was washed completely away as we entered this home for the first time. The 3 bedroom condo was wonderful, clean, and very well appointed. But the first charge to the senses was the fantastic ocean view (highlighted through large living room windows) that grabs you as you walk down the hall into the main living area. We immediately opened the sliding glass door to a wrap-around balcony and sat in the high resin Adirondack chairs and surveyed the entire beach. We spent quite a bit of time in those chairs. Everything in the condo seemed new and in perfect working order. The master bedroom also has a sliding glass door onto the deck and the sunrise was perfectly framed in the window each morning. The master shower was big enough for two and was a welcome treat at the end of a few long days at the beach. The other two bedrooms were very comfortable and cozy, and felt like home. We spent a lot of time at the beach which was a short but fun walk to the beach. There is a small conservation area with a boardwalk that crosses over on the way to the beach. Everyday we saw Gopher Tortoises lumbering around in there looking for food. And we fished from the beach one night and actually caught a large stingray (we removed the hook and made sure he got back to the waves). The restaurants in the area were good and downtown St. Augustine was only a 15 minutes drive away. There are so many things to do there. Our trip was magical! We will be back!!
