New 2021 home 3 BR, PEACEFUL GETAWAY Ozark

This is a new home build in 2021, everything in the house was bough new.
For your convenience we took care of the little things like USB changers by each bed, soft close lids on the toilets, to big things like 70 inch TV, new mattress and beds, new sofa, everything is new in the kitchen.
We offer more than any hotel and make the best of what is being included, please do not expect to have everything that your home does have, this is a nightly rental after all.
For your protection we recently installed 4 security cameras on the exterior of the house 3 are on the front of the house and 1 on the back house. No indoor cameras are installed. We are not allowed pets, or services animale inside the house.

HOUSE RULES

We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.

No parties or events allowed.

No smoking allowed. 

No pets allowed.

No shoes inside the house

No unregistered guests allowed. 

Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 

Please respect the noise curfew. 

Please turn off the AC when you go out.

Please respect check-in and check-out times. 

Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $50.

Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. 

Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

Please do your dishes.

Please take the trash out before you leave.

No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
