'Good stay for the price.'

'Concerned about the room. It smelled of mold. Couldn’t really sleep because of the smell and got a headache. There was a a damp rid dehumidifier container on the floor by the AC that was filled with water. I’m assuming something may be wrong with the AC but the smell is very noticeable when you walk in.'

'Will comeback Really nice place'

'Zeer netjes goed bed en heel stil en een warm ontbijt '

'We had a great stay after a 12-hour drive. The property was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge after a long day on the road!'

'Breakfast was not okay, just some wrapped items and terrible instant coffee. Hotel/rooms/staff/parking were good though... '

'Good mix of the historic with some modern upgrades. Parking can be a little bit challenging, especially at dinner time.'

'Top hotel goede service goed ontbijt vriendelijke personeel!'

'Locatie is prima, je rijdt zo het dorp in en de in de Great Smoky Mountains maar het motel ziet er aan de buitenkant erg onwelkom uit. Schijn bedriegt want eenmaal binnen is de sfeer prima.'

'This is it! It doesnt get any better than this folks! This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'

'Good beds, no breakfast!!!! Coffee and a muffin NOT breakfast..... We waited till 7.10h, we waited for breakfast ..... - - rating for that.....'

'Elevator was out of order the entire 3 days of my stay. I have stayed here numerous times over the last several years. Breakfast not as good as the past. This was WCU homecoming weekend so hotel was full. Parking was premium if you were returning late in evening. Some folks had to park in grass area behind hotel due to no parking spaces available.'

'Rustig fijn motel, nette kamers comfortabele bedden! Wat ik wel miste was een föhn heeft er wel gehangen maar miste. Raam kon niet open waardoor de airco in de nacht aan moest!'

'Great value. Excellent location.'

'The coffee was great! The rooms were not cleaned and the front desk attendant was alone Saturday at 4:45 and we had to go retrieve fresh towels ourselves.'

'Ontbijt sober '

'Een leuke eenvoudige accommodatie die centraal gelegen is.'
