'Op loopafstand van de riverwalk. Parkeerplaats voor €32 plus belasting zou van je deposit afgehaald worden. Werkelijkheid is dat na ruim een week nog steeds de reservering van de deposit op mijn credit card staat en de parkeerkosten ook al in rekening is gebracht. Ben benieuwd wanneer eindelijk mijn deposit terugkomt. Verder ging bij het inchecken van alles mis. Twee keer moeten inchecken en de procedure was anders. Lokatie is prima, maar de service moet beter om te concurreren met de vele...

'Our breakfast experience was fabulous, thanks to Maria. We went to breakfast Saturday at 8:30, expecting it to be busy. There were no open tables and lots of people. Maria was working the breakfast area, and was working hard. She was cleaning tables, keeping all the food stocked, and answering questions, all with a smile. The food was good, and she did a great job keeping the area clean, which was no small feat with so many people. She definitely made this visit great.'

'this hotel is just a few minutes away from the Lackland AFB gate, therefore very convenient. They are super aware of the AFB ceremonies, proceedings, etc. and can advise you if you are attending something on base. they have maps, tips, timelines, etc. for these affairs. they are particularly helpful to all who are arriving for the weekly Basic Training graduation events. the rate is good also. '

'Excellent staff, helpful. Room was obviously dated, but clean. Two queen beds stuffed into the room, so there was no chair for relaxing to watch tv. (Chose this one, as a king room wasn't available.) So if one person sits on the desk chair, the other must sit on the bed. Not ideal. Beds were comfy enough, pillows were the best. Both the woman at the desk at check in was the best - very helpful. And the woman stocking the breakfast was also the best, very friendly and helpful.'
