'Kiama is een mooi stadje. We zijn hier maar 1 nacht gebleven ipv de geplande 3 nachten. De airco op onze verdieping werkte niet. Het hotel had geen alternatief, dus we maakten gebruik van de optie die het hotel gaf om na 1 nacht iets anders te zoeken. De overige 2 nachten werden dus niet gerekend. Het hotel interieur is redelijk nieuw. Alles schoon en fris, maar vooral berekend, denk ik, op jonge mensen. Ik ben momenteel niet zo mobiel. Miste een comfortabele stoel. ( er was alleen een krukje...

'We were very happy with our stay. Breakfast was included and had everything we wanted for breakfast. There were a lot of very nice touches that made the stay great. We were given drinks vouchers to use at the bar. We went to eat at the bar. When getting drinks for our son's, they gave us a straw that you put together. Changed our son's mood as he spent the rest of lunch building the straw then drinking from it. Its these small unexpected touches that made the holiday even better.'

'Comfortable and charming place to stay, with friendly staff and a great location. While the bathroom in our room was a little dated and in need of renovation, we still enjoyed our visit. A special thank you to the manager for providing a bottle of bubbly for our anniversary - it made our stay extra memorable! We'll definitely be back!'
