'Locatie vlak bij strand, winkelstraat met restaurantjes en op loopafstand van het station. Tegen lage kosten ben je zo in CBD. Onder het hotel is enebar en dat kanwat overlast geven in de weekenden. Kamer zijn prima uitgerust met keukenblok, wasmachine en droger.'

'Well Few things: - The bed was ok and clean - There was loads of soap and shampoo - Check- in lady was not too enthusiastic - If you wanna ho back to the ‘60s: go here! - There was lots of dust on the ground in the shower and besides the fridge. - One bed was broken. '

'Lack of shops or restaurants within walking distance was the only downside. Room (executive king) was very nice with bonus view of Sydney skyline and a rugby field just below the building. Basic kitchen. Washer and dryer. '

'A solid but older property lacking a restaurant or 24hr reception but well-located. Don't expect much from the touted "balcony" - ours was tiny and space taken up with the air-conditioner. Overall clean with helpful staff but a little tired looking.'

'The motel is very tired…. Couldn’t open the curtains at all, no hot water our second day there, outside our doorway a bad hole in the driveway…. But the bed was good, nice clean white sheets, nice towels (but nowhere to hang them)…. Very below average accommodation!'

'It was our 3rd stay at the Nightcap Hotel. Check-in is always a bit long as the staff is usually busy serving customers at the bar. We don't mind the wait anyway... Room are on the small side and mattress very soft but overall, the room has everything that is needed. I'll be happy to return again next year. Nice Asian restaurants in the area too if you don't want to eat on site.'

'Very pleasant, neat and tidy guesthouse and a pleasant host. Unfortunately, there was building materials - large sheets of roofing metal and other building material - covering a large part of the garden making this difficult to use and unsightly.'

'It is an old house - needs updating. It is cozy. Bathrooms are very small. BBQ grill needs new grates and burners. The amenities listed a clothes dryer however there isn’t one. The host was excellent. We had lost the keys and she got another one to us asap. The beds are very comfortable. Excellent location to the Train to go to downtown Sydney. And close to a grocery store. All in all we would book it again. '
