'I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was a major concern from the start. The bathroom did not appear properly cleaned; the toilet had rust stains, and the bathtub also looked stained to the point that I did not feel comfortable taking a shower. The ice bucket in the room was also visibly dirty and stained. There were several inconveniences during our stay as well.
