'We didn't receive the correct check in code at arrival. Unfortunately, we arrived around midnight and had some trouble contacting the host. Once we were able to get in contact the host was helpful and able to remotely access the unit and provide the correct codes. One night around 4 am the fire alarm was activated in the building resulting in emergency responders. Aside from these two events the unit was clean and the location was easy to access either walking or driving. '

'Hotel room was visibly dirty, missing decor, broken lamp, towel rack, and hair dryer. The front desk only activated our room key for one night instead of two. We had 3 adults and two kids in our room and only two full sized towels, we asked for additional towels and were told they didn’t have any. '
