'When i arrived they had canceled my reservation. The credit card on file the date had expired. When i reserved the room they never gave me a chance to update the expiration date. Because i had oxed on line there was no number for them to call me to get the new date. Then they were trying to give me a room for 80.00 dollars more. The girl at the front desk called a manager and then they were able to honor the price from online. The girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful. '
