'The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made us feel at ease right away. The room have a great bonus, including a smart tv, microwave and mini fridge, which made our stay even more convenient. Its location is perfect for us because it was close to many great restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and everything about our stay felt smooth and convenient. I would definitely recommend...

'Great stay. There is a park one block away attached to the beach which is nice. The beach had space to stretch.. Restaurants are about a 3/4 mile walk, more further on. A little far for someone with disabilities. A free shuttle/bus stops outside the hotel. Parking is tight. There is free overnight parking first left, first right. About $1.25 an hour 8-6. The hotel is quiet. Free laundry and extra towels if needed. You made need your phones flashlight to see the gate key pad if you arrive after...

'We loved our stay at Villa Italia. The room was clean, spacious and well-located. If you want to stay near Miami Beach, this is the place for you. We paid for the parking which was definitely worth doing - just 2 mins walk away and hyper-convenient. I must single out Oscar's exemplary service. He took the time to call to ask us about our stay and if we were comfortable not once, but 3 times. That personal touch meant a lot to us, and it's something one does not receive often even in 5-star...
