'The hotel has a great location in a quiet area, surrounded by restaurants and shops less than 5 minutes away by car. The service was very good, the breakfast was adequate, and the staff was always attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.'

'Rooms are very outdated. Staff was very irritating in the fact that on the morning of checkout house keeping was at the door at 9am to remind us check out was at 11. At 11:00 as we are walking out the door to the room the office is calling to verify we had left. Very unsettling that they are in such a rush to run out paying patron who have done nothing to make them do so. If I could give just hospitality a zero I would. Will not stay here again as it is very outdated and in need of many repairs.'

'The hotel is really nice and staff were helpful. Room was clean and fridge was already cold. They had water, coffee and juice out in the mornings, which was nice. We didn’t get a chance to try the pool or breakfast because of other obligations. My only problem was the toilet flushed weak. We were there 2 nights for a graduation and didn’t get around to informing staff. The hotel was in close enough range to everything we needed. I even found a beauty supply store and a grocery store. 'The room was good, and it was clean. Nice big fridge and microwave were great too. However, only 2 bath towels for 2 people the entire week, Sunday to Friday? My room was fine otherwise, but my coworkers room had leakage when it rained. They didn’t offer to move him to another room even though the hotel was half empty. And when the staff went in to clean up the water, they didn’t even change the bedding which had gotten dampened.'

'Bad odor throughout building. Horrible customer service'

'Toen we voor het eerst de kamer inkwamen bleek die nog niet schoongemaakt te zijn. De volgende kamer die we kregen was wel goed. We hadden een grote en nette kamer voor een scherpe prijs. Het personeel en het ontbojt waren matig. En de directe omgeving is heel saai. Maar de prijs was scherp en het ging maar om 1 nacht dus het was prima.'

'There was a snag in the carpet upon arrival and the smoke detector was malfunctioned and taped to the ceiling. The carpet was not vaccumed and they charged us $100 for a snag in the carpet that was already there and said they were going to get a piece from under the bed to cover it, so they can also charge the next renter $100 for the missing carpet under the bed'

'Spacious, very clean, quiet room. Amazing beds. Covered parking garage on site, with private access, so it feels very safe, also, they have security personnel making rounds. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Cleaning service is offered every third day, the hotel makes a note of that in the small card they attach to your room key. Didn't try the restaurant since we cooked in our room's kitchen.'
