The bedsheets are of satin/silk material and were very uncomfortable for those who are sensitive to the texture. The host was not responsive to our request for other alternatives. We also didn't have any shampoo or conditioner upon arrival but the host was responsive and had them brought to our door promptly. The place was very clean but we had issues with some of the outlets not working, no pots and...

'It was a beautiful, clean property in a great location. It had an upscale feel with nice finishes. The private terrace was a nice surprise as we didn’t realize that from the listing. The couches were very comfortable in the beds, even comfier. All and all a fantastic trip to Chicago!'
