AC was locked and you could not adjust to your liking instead the manager would control it from his phone which is extremely constricting and inconvenient. Once you book your nonrefundable stay, they will email you to send them them $500 with Zelle, using “friends and family” as the category. This is not listed anywhere in the process of booking, and it is also against the terms and conditions for Zelle. Find somewhere else to stay.'
