'Cozy little room in a beautiful setting overlooking the Upper Truckee river. The unit is small and in "like-new" condition, with a comfortable bed, but no room for a table or chair. There is outdoor seating and a hot tub. The owner, Aaron, was friendly and considerate and explained all the details about the rental unit and gave us helpful advice regarding places to eat. '
