« It may not be a 5 star hotel, but it's a good price ($100/night) for what you get. A lot is packed into this little rental. Full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils. Comfy bed. Dark & quiet. I slept great! Could use a little maintenance & the grounds are not very attractive, but, again great place to crash after a long hike. »

« The half trailer had not been serviced upon our late evening arrival, beds were undone. I texted the management company immediately, got an answer 45 mn later. By that time we had decided to find another option for the night, back to the Grand Canyon as there was nothing around the trailer park. We got a bad impression of the area, felt unsafe in this desolate area. We do NOT recommend to anyone booking this accommodation. We asked for a full refund that VRBO accepted. »
