'the lady at the counter was rude. The girls in the room next to us were very loud, I believe there was a party going on. So we went back to the lobby and want another room. The lady at the lobby said to us: “well, you are from another country, so you are not used to that”. Really?! We eventually got a new room but this is not the way to treat hotel guests'

'Great amenities all around, and very clean. Convenient to many shopping and dining activities. I came to ride my bike, and it was a short safe jaunt to Santa Cruz River Park portion of The Loop.
