Being available online has become as important as being available in person used to be - maybe even more so! So if you telecommute, work from home, run a blog, live stream, homeschool, Zoom, or Facetime, we have the vacation home for you! The internet at our subtropical condo has just been upgraded to top-of-the-line speed: 400 Mbps! Our home suits up to 10 people. Two rooms are furnished with king-size beds, and the smallest room has full-size bunk beds. Our living area also has a sofa bed! We've decorated the kitchen with tasteful, cabana-inspired furnishings and full-size appliances. We hope you and your whole group will be comfortable in our home while you enjoy South Padre Island - the Best Beach in Texas!

WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS
Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

POLICIES & INFO
- We strictly enforce guest capacity.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- The pet fee is $25 a day plus taxes. Only small, non-shedding, well-behaved dogs are allowed.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests aged 9 and under are exempt.
Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Great Location, Great Facilities, Poor Maintenance on Exterior Facilities-Pool-Poor Maint inside the apt. Paint, Window and Mirror Cleaning, Floors, Doors not well keep. No Mop on apt. so you cant do Mopping. Just 3 cups for a party of 10. So take turns to drink coffee. Electricity issues on guest bathroom and dinning room receptacles. Looks like outdated electric breakers. Jacuzzis in common areas not working.

Needs Maintenance!

The unit requires maintenance. The second bathroom had no lights...could not use. The balcony door need work. It leaked around the edges creating a screaming sound all day and night given the high wind speeds. I would not rent this unit again unless it receives proper maintenance.

Very disappointing!!

Condo was clean but very sparse and no decor. It is NOT as pictured. Furniture was old, pet damaged, curtains were missing and blinds broken. Be aware that No beach towels, toys or chairs are made available. The dryer had a lint tray that didn’t fit and would snag clothes so we could not use it. The AC seemed to be on a timer or schedule and would turn off about 5 am every day. It just honestly was not worth it. The location is nice and we tried to stay out of the unit as much as possible. Owners should invest in fixing up the place. It just looked so old and worn out. Lesson learned and we will not from this place again.

Wonderful property!

Lovely condo!

We enjoyed your property very much. I would like to suggest couple of things that would make it easier for your next guests 1- the plugs in both bathrooms for not working 2- add some well needed items (pots and pans, cups)to the kitchen. For a big family of 10 as we are it was a little hard with what you have. But over all we loved staying with you.

Place was very clean and orderly. The view was great from the balcony. Shower curtains could use replacing, and the way the bunk beds are situated you can’t close the door to that room.

Nice stay but……

The condo was perfect size for my family of 8. We did cook while there and found that the place lacked in cooking utensils. There also was a problem with laundry water from neighbor leaking into the condo. It was quickly cleaned up but did leave a stench.

Fun Christmas

7 adults plus a baby stayed comfortably inside this condo. The property kept us busy the whole time we were there. We were so close to the beach that going back up for forgotten items was not a problem. And the view was amazing!

Relaxing getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very spacious and accommodated us well. The ocean view from the balcony was beautiful. A few problems were that the washer was not working and a broken HDMI cable in one of the bedrooms prevented us from using that tv. Things that could be updated are the sofas and dining chairs. The suede like material was a little in the worn side. Overall it is a nice place and we would stay there again.

January 2017 in SAIDA III

Compliments to the SPI Rentals team! We arrived on January 1 and left on January 31 and everything was just as described to us. The staff, including Maintenance, were always efficient, friendly, and effective. SAIDA III faces the gulf so we woke each day to the sight and sound of the sea. The tennis courts are completely refurbished and in top shape. We enjoy Pickleball a lot, and in January there are few tennis players. Using harmless painters tape, the courts were quickly transformed to Pickleball and some days there were three courts of pickleball in action. The courts, and the excellent swimming pools and spas made it easy to quickly become a part of a community of new friends. We also appreciate the quick access to the beach offered by the SAIDA Towers. Our condo is pet friendly and that was a nice bonus, too. S. Padre is a very fun place to be. There is so much to do, and with the free Shuttle and the light street traffic in January, it was always easy to get out to the attractions. We are planning another trip next winter.
