Pool was not ready and was scheduled for service the first full day of our stay. Pool man arrived between 10-11 am...pool was still not up to temp at 10pm that night. The next day had high winds and very cool temp which made the pool unusable. I know you can't control the weather, however if the pool was ready I would have had 2 days use. I thought the extra for a heated pool justified the extravagant fee we paid upfront. 1895. We checked in 4 pm on Thursday and had to be checked out by 10am on Sunday. In my opinion was not cost effective as I could have saved a significant amount with another rental just as nice with no pool.. A lesson learned I guess. As always buyer beware. I should have asked ahead of time if they had the pool heated and ready to go. Details matter when you are paying a premium price . Also the lack of pool lights limited the only evening we tried to enjoy the pool. Overall disappointed.

We really, truly enjoyed staying at this property. The elevator is a godsend. We cooked most meals over the course of our stay and using the wagon in the garage and the elevator made it easier to haul everything up to the second floor. The pool is heated and we used it every day. The beach is close by and we visited it most days. The location is great. Joe is the host with the most! We definitely would recommend this property.

The elevator was really needed 4 of 6 family members have leg problems. I got many compliments about the booking. from them. Loved the place would go again.

Wonderful Property!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The elevator really came in handy for my aging parents with bad knees. Accommodations were beautiful and prompt communication with property owner. Will definitely be staying here again!

We were SO pleased with our stay! Our kids ages, 7 & 10, couldn't wait to get in the pool and because it was heated perfectly everyone enjoyed it. who are in their 70s & 80.

Great house

The house was as advertised. Beach was walkable and all of the bars and restaurants were an easy drive. The bedrooms were nice and the kitchen was big and well stocked and the host was super easy to work with

The Greatest Host Ever

I have rented SO many VRBO’S ‘in the past. And I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a host as hospitable, accommodating, and just so very easy to deal with. It was an amazing time with our family for our son’s wedding. Thank you Joe very much!!

Family Beach Trip

Close to the beach!

Wonderful stay. I'm glad we picked this place. Spacious enough for our party of 12. The beach supplies there were perfect, the house was clean, the pool was nice, and the house had everything we needed for a toddler. We didn't have any issues, and the owner was very nice and answered all of our questions prior to our trip to help us prep. I definitely recommend this place.

Best Friend Time

This property was perfect for the four of us. There were plenty of bedrooms for each of us to spread out and enough communal space to come together. The beach is a short walk away from the property and close enough to resorts to rent loungers (we did not use beach equipment provided). The pool on the property needs some attention; however we still had a great time. The elevator was perfect for bringing items up to the 2nd and 3rd floors. We really liked being able to use the garage. The location is close enough to resorts for dining as well. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this property to friends and family.
