Very nice place on a great section of beach. Clean, quiet, indoor parking, great bed, and the people at the office were nice to get extra supplies.

Nice view of the gulf.Unit was clean.Beds were good.Sofa and loveseat were rather uncomfortable.Cockroach infestation upon check in..... pest control got that under control in a week or so.Unit is a bit dated could use some tlc

We had such a wonderful and relaxing stay here at this beautiful location where we had everything we needed and its just steps away from the beach. But the balcony was our favorite place to relax watching the sunrise on the ocean. It felt like home away from home and we definitively want to come back and stay here again!

The view is absolutely wonderful and the balcony is very large. This is a very nice unit. It was clean and well stocked. I would add/upgrade the following: pitcher, bed frame (squeaky), The only thing I would add would be a pitcher to the kitchen items. The bed was a king - I heard that most units are Queen. Pool was nice. I would definitely go back.

Entire me complex could use some updating.

We purchased a breakfast items and snacks, as we were not planning to cook. I am glad I read all the information provided because had we wanted to cook anything, the kitchen offered zero condiments, not even salt and pepper. The sink in the bathroom was slow to drain and the exhaust fan was loud, but everything was clean and there was plenty of hot water. The unit could use a little updating to make it look a little fresher.

This condo on the 8th floor was the perfect, quite, relaxing getaway for a few days on the beach. The large balcony being on the end unit was my favorite place to hang out. I had a great view of the evening fireworks that were being lit just down the beach to the north.

Excellent Location

Great Location. Super balcony overlooking beach.Unit is on the end which was nice. Kitchen had everything we needed. Unit could use some deep cleaning in kitchen & bath. We maybe light sleepers but the bedroom window needs blackout drape or blinds due to a lot of light coming in. Enjoyed our stay very much.

35 anniversary

Property is in a great location but needs maintenance. Pool is closed for 3 months and only 1 elevator worked then that broke down the last 2 days and we were on 8th floor. Fire alarms went off a couple of times and one time was at 4:30am.

Good not great

Where we stayed was located on the 8th floor in an end unit. The view in the balcony was great except for the scaffold that was there for renovations. Renovations are great, but not when you have workers doing work in the early morning with easy access to the balcony and a window(shades were broken) that they would easily peep into my room where my wife and children were. Also there are ROACHES, I killed two myself. That’s pretty gross. The elevator is finicky and was down one of the mornings. The gate to the beach is not secured so anybody can enter through that back door into the parking garage. I do think the private parking garage is a plus. I’ve used Padre Rentals before and they are great, I just think more care and attention needs to be taken for that building. Staff was nice and did what they could, but nothing really to make it right. The construction and the fact that other people have access to your room should have been noted in the listing.

Pros: Beautiful view, Great location, property manager took care of our complaint right away Cons: Immediately upon entering we smelled a weird smell. We.looked at the lliving room and part of the ceiling showed mold. We stopped in the welcoming center the next morning to report it and when we returned to our room we could smell bleach and saw our complaint had been taken care of. However there were several other areas needing to be treated as well.. Also noticed register vents were filthy and there was no filter in the furnace/air conditioner. Light bulbs were missing in lamps and tv didn't work until next day.after we talked to the welcoming center. Clearer directions would have been much appreciated.

We stayed a whole week in Inverness 800, the location of condo, 8th fl was great with excellent view

Ocean views and sunrises were awesome from balcony which was the best thing this condo has going for it. Even though appliances were updated the other furniture was outdated and worn. There was lots of sand under the floor rug in living room and bedroom floors. Bathroom and a lot of areas are in need of repair from wholes in wall to where they tried to remove mold from ceiling in BR which looks like coming back, black mold on top of that which is the worst. General Hot tub are was unusable on 3rd fl was torn out. Only 2 floors with washer/dryers for the whole complex. The garage was supposed to be secure, the security gate not there, looks was there at one time, anyone can come up and down floors and into garage off the street. Pool area was the most secured area. Overall bldg is in need of repair and updates. The front desk people were very nice, friendly and accommodating. Management company were very nice and very accommodating as well. Overall area is a perfect spot on the ocean, it's the building and individual condo itself are in need of some love. Owner of condo has decorated really cute, just furniture is worn out.
