'It’s such a special place for us to stay. The hotel holds such lovely memories of our wedding day. It’s been developed even more now, but tastefully, holding its true identity in style and decor, with the more modern twists where needed. Every staff member is friendly, the food is delicious, lounge areas comfy, outside areas maintained and modern, and the views over Cardiff and out to sea are wonderful. 'Beautiful hotel in Cardiff Bay. Rooms on 7th floor are excellent and staff throughout hotel were friendly and attentive. Always stay here when in Cardiff. Lots of restaurants/bars within walking distance. '

'Dit hotel ligt middenin het centrum met een walhalla aan winkels. Het personeel van het hotel is supervriendelijk. In het hotel ruikt het overal fris. De liften werken snel. Wij verbleven op de 5e etage in een standard room, waarbij je geen direct uitzicht hebt. Maar daar kwamen we ook niet voor. Het ontbijtbuffet biedt een ruime keuze aan warme en koude opties. Wij hebben echt een topverblijf hier gehad!'

'As a first time guest, the entrance to the hotel parking was somewhat challenging to find. Reception, state of the hotel and location are perfect. '

'Very friendly staff. Very comfortable rooms with terrace overlooking the golf area. Good wifi. Plenty parking availability. Very nice breakfast. Food in bar was OK. I didn't try the restaurant. Close to several larger cities, so nice for business travellers that want to relax after a day's work. '
