'No beach view wasn't offered the free beverage and the front desk person older man was rude. The hotel was nice clean great location. The front desk person when leaving Monday morning was delightful.'

'Wat een geweldig hotel is dit! Het interieur is fantastisch, het personeel zeer vriendelijk (zowel in de ontbijtzaal als o.a. doorman Mariano). We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! Als enige minpuntje wil ik noemen het restaurant. De dinerkaart vond ik te duur, het restaurant is dan ook weinig bezet s' avonds. 'The hotel is located in a nice part of Mid Beach. The hotelstaff incl. bellman, poolstaff and housekeeping are very nice and helpful. There is a free trolley bus going to south beach and across is CVS if you want to buy drinks, snacks or other things. Love the pool with lounge music, they have complimentary water, sunscreen and shaved ice cones for kids, sometimes they also bring fruit.
