'The apt, was clean and there is plenty of shops, restaurants and entertainment in the area. Any concerns I had they was quickly addressed, definitely would stay here again.'

'This property was an excellent choice to stay for a night in Fort Lauderdale. The location was perfect being walking distance of restaurants, shops and nightlife. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the place although there definitely was some wear and tear but I would not say it hindered our experience. The parking was easy and so were the checkin instructions. We are looking forward to staying at this property again in the near future ! Thanks for having us '

'The apartment was exactly as listed. The only downside was there was no tv service and I never thought to bring our Netflix account to operate the tv'

'I booked a stay, and my credit card was charged without any issues. However, on the day of check-in, they claimed that my card declined the security deposit payment. Instead of notifying me, they canceled my booking, leaving us stranded. Strangely, I saw the security deposit charge as pending, and when I contacted my credit card company, they confirmed that there were no issues on their end.'

'The place was comfortable and basic. It’s in a safe area and very convenient. There is no dishwasher and very basic amenities in the kitchen. The only challenge is that there is a lot of street noise outside… trucks driving by late night/early morning. There is a 4 way stop at corner where the unit is. Overall it’s a good safe unit for reasonable price. '
