'DISQUSTING. Waited 2 1/2 hours for our room because the system was down. When we finally got taken to "a room" on the 3rd floor, it was nasty. The carpet hada not been vacuumed or cleaned in the hallway, the room smelled of Curry and there was a used Q TIp in the floor of the room, hairs in the tub and we were told it was all that was available. ABSOLUTELY not a HILTON quality property. We had no other options, we flew in for a cruise the next morning. It was after 1 am before we got into...

'We stayed there after a cruise and it was a nice place that was also close to the port. We were lucky enough to get an early check in, which was very much appreciated. The hotel needs a little renovation in a few areas but was very nice overall and the staff at the front desk were very helpful.'

'My reason for a good rating overall was because of the bathtub shower. First, when you stepped in the bottom of the tub was slippery ... perhaps some cleaning solution that created the issue. And, the handicap bars were placed in a strange location on the back wall ... much better to have a bar across the back wall. I found the staff to be exceptional ... front desk and restaurant. Very considerate and engaging. I would definitely stay at this location once again ... very comfortable.'
