'The main selling point of this hotel is the location. With a 10 minute walk to the station you are in Boston downtown very fast. Staff is friendly, but the facility is not in the best shape. Furniture is run down and the rooms are not clean. We had stains on the headrest of the bed and blood on the floor.'

'This is one of my favorite places to stay when I'm in Boston. It's at a great location for work and the area is great for walking around. Only thing I noticed was there is no safe in my room but other than that breakfast is good, staff is helpful and friendly. Room is large and they have daily cleaning.'
