'My refrigerator was leaking, no hand soap and tv did not work'

'First the website never said anything about having to be 21+ so that was a problem bc I showed up and they weren’t trying to help after i’m literally hours from home. i figured things out and the smell once i walked in was already suspicious so we looked everywhere and then checked the sheets and found bed bugs. so i asked for a refund and didn’t get it until 3 days later and i was 285$ outta luck hours away from my home. would not recommend!'

'Bathroom was filthy; big balls of hair behind the bathroom door; only had towels/washcloths one day, was told it was my responsibility to let the cleaning staff know by 9:00 a.m. (went to Dollar Store to buy our own towels and washcloths). The smell on the 1st floor hallway was terrible; it reeked of urine. Will not stay there again!'

'The sheets were clean. There were new lampshades. But the surfaces that were cleaned had cleaner residue, and any non-essential surface had not been cleaned in years. The lamps themselves had SOOO much fly poop, and their switches were sticky. The hairdryer looked like it had sat beside a deep fryer for six months. The countertop was so cracked that it was supported by a 2x4 so it didn't fall off the wall. But it was a place to sleep. And it didn't have bedbugs.'
