'The staff were faultless and so friendly. The location is perfect, so central to everything. The room was perhaps a little tired and small but was fine for our short stay. The breakfast was a welcome surprise as I wasn't aware it was included. Unfortunately the WiFi didn't work due to a storm the day before we arrived but it didnt impact our stay. You do have to lug your cases up quite a few flights of stairs to get to reception ( there is a lift from reception up to the rooms but not from the...

'This was a great place to stay at in Sorrento! It is an actual palace, giving that sensation of time traveling with the modern commodities.
This place felt like staying in a museum with all the beautiful decoration.
It is clean, comfortable, staff is great, you get your lotus biscoff treat every night, they prepare your bed at night, and most importantly location is great! It is just a fee steps from the lift you must take to come up and down to the port.
