« We stayed for our wedding weekend, it was just what we wanted, although the weather wasn’t great for the weekend we still had a great time, watching the rain dance on the lake and nice chilled days in the swimming pool and spa. We have stayed in the Lower Mill Estate before so knew what to expect, and we always love it! »

« Stayed as two families - 4 adults 3 kids. V clean and well maintained, good facilities and attentive customer service. Only drawback is open decking so others can walk past whilst sitting out but that’s fine for a weekend. »

« The property was lovely, very clean, well-equipped and in a very good location. It was quiet and peaceful, but close to the estate facilities including the excellent pool complex and the bar/restaurant. Catherine, the owner, was very helpful and went beyond our expectations to resolve the one issue that we had while we were there. The estate managers, Orion, were less helpful with a few queries we had before we went. The estate is well-provided with things to do and well-situated for other...

« Stunning lodge in the most beautiful setting. This was our third visit to Lower Mill Estate. Coot Lodge is a very spacious 3 bedroom lodge - with double height living accommodation, huge decked area, with bbq. It’s close proximity to the spa and pool made it super easy to walk to. Lots of towels and clean bedding. We were spoilt for board Games. The property is so lovely that we didn’t really want to leave to go anywhere! We would highly recommend and would book to visit again. »

« We came from Canada to visit family and this was the ideal place! Charming, warm, well-equipped cottage with comfy beds and lots of room to entertain. We could invite family and friends over to the restaurant, or get wonderful frozen dishes at the resort store, plus wine and ice cream. Everywhere was level and paved so our less mobile visitors were able to join us on walks. »

« Very spacious and comfortable house for 8 of us, celebrating special family birthdays. We enjoyed lots of lovely nature walks despite the rain, and also swimming, play areas, and a good meal in the Ballihoo restaurant. Visiting ducks appreciated by the children! »

"HĂŽtel dans un ancien manoir avec bcp de charme. Tout Ă  Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© avec bcp de goĂ»t. Chambres standard de taille correcte. Belle salle d’eau. Certaines chambres donnent sur le systĂšme d’air conditionnĂ© et sont trĂšs bruyantes! Demander Ă  changer si c’est le cas. Petit dĂ©jeuner sur commande et de bonne qualitĂ©. DĂźner trĂšs correct et plats copieux. Bon rapport qualitĂ© prix. Le spa est THE SPA. Grande piscine, vraie salle de sport bien Ă©quipĂ©e et sauna, hammam. AccĂšs d’1h inclus dans chaque chambre. L’hĂŽtel mĂ©rite ses 4 Ă©toiles amplement. "
