This unit has the Master Bedroom on the ocean side with a great view. Many of the other oceanfront condos in this area have a master that is not on the ocean side if you look carefully.
Within walking distance to beaches and the racetrack, this unit is perfectly positioned for both. Also within walking distance are the village of Solana Beach and its Cedros Design District where you will find numerous dining and shopping establishments...you never even have to use a car!
However, if you wish to drive by car or Uber, there are many local attractions within 10-15 min such as hiking at Torrey Pines State Beach, exploring nearby beach towns of Del Mar and Encinitas, world-class golf or spas (Torrey Pines, Aviara, La Costa, etc.). There are many family-oriented attractions nearby, such as Legoland, the San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, SeaWorld, etc.
You can also walk to the train station which takes you downtown for a Padres game or to experience the vibrant nightlife of San Diego, including areas like Little Italy, Gaslamp, Seaport Village, Coronado, etc.. Heading north on the train gets you to Orange County, Laguna, Newport, etc. Just a bit farther are Los Angeles and Disneyland and the rest of LA area attractions.
