As you step inside, you’re greeted with an open-concept living area and floor-to-ceiling ocean views. The main level features two separate sleeping wings—ideal for privacy when traveling with groups or multiple families.



South Wing:

• Bedroom 1: King bed, cable TV

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, cable TV

• Full bathroom with tub/shower



North Wing:

• Bedroom 3: King bed, cable TV

• Bedroom 4: Queen bed, cable TV

• Full bathroom with shower + washer & dryer



Upstairs Loft:

• Large bonus space with 4 twin bunk beds, pullout full-size sleeper sofa, game area, full bath, and deck access with ocean views

Booking Details:

• $700 security deposit and signed renter agreement via Ownerez required

• Dog-friendly (max 2 dogs, $200 non-refundable fee PER dog) pet fee is non refundable, the applies to any reason at all.

• Primary renter must be 25+ years old

• Valid ID and credit card must match



Note: Thermostats are set to not go below 71°F to prevent unit freezing during hot coastal weather.
