We were a group of 9 moms staying at the beach for a weekend. Originally, we were booked to stay in January, but then the ice storm hit. Priya, was willing to allow us to reschedule to a weekend at the beginning of March, but was not willing to honor the price we had already paid. There were a lot of communication errors on the property management's part but we moved on with the booking. Two days before the booking we were told that the beach access was a 10 minute walk down the road. This was a frustrating part of the trip. Upon arrival we discovered the two bunk rooms did not have working outlets, (which we discovered later the circuit breakers had been tripped), there were stains on some of the linens, as well as the washcloths that were provided, and one of the dining room chairs had been pushed into the corner with a note saying that it was broken. The next day, we realized the outdoor shower was not working. Management, came by and let us know that the switches to turn on the water were in the "Management only. Do not enter" closet. After we turned on the water, we realized the pipes must've busted because water poured out everywhere but the shower head, so we were not able to use the outdoor shower. The main sliding glass door would not lock, there was no instruction manual on how to operate the sauna, the ice bath on the deck had mold in it, and the infinity table required log in info we didn't have. Many of these items could've been solved with a house manual.
