« Hôtel très bien situé à Helen. Chambre (je pense rénovée récemment) de taille correcte et propre. Pas de moquette au sol. Les lits sont des lits doubles de 140 cm. La literie est très bien et tous les produits d’hygiène sont disponibles. Le petit plus à 4 est que le lavabo est à l’extérieur de la salle de bain, ce qui est très pratique. En points à améliorer : climatisation bruyante, peu de places pour le petit déjeuner et choix au petit dej qui pourrait être plus conséquents. »

« La chambre n'etair pas propre. Poussiéreux. Literie non confortables. Draps abîmés. Rideau de douche moisi. La piscine annoncée sur l'annonce est belle propre récente. Dans la réalité il faut sortir à l extérieur pour se rendre à la piscine. La piscine est dans un état d insalubrité+++. Moisissures, saletés, odeur immonde. Une honte . Mes enfants attendaient cette piscine avec impatience après énormément d heures de route. Et c était vraiment immonde. Publicité mensongère+++ »

« We stayed here because we went to a concert at the Georgia fairgrounds next door. The property is old and dated. The beds are springy and in dire need of replacement. The bathroom fan didn't work and the bathroom floor had stains indicating that it had not been mopped because I used a wet towel to clean it up. The bathtub was stained permanently and if you rubbed your finger along the top of the shower insert, it was filthy! The room smelled musty and there was a dehumidifier on the nightstand...

« The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The TV did not work, and the staff came to fix it but the only way we could watch it is if we used our Netflix - no other channels . This year curtains had giant rips in them. the price per night just wasn’t worth that - I feel like I could get the same room at comfort inn for way less .
