'We had 14 people in our house ranging from age 3 to age 66 and we all loved the house. I will never go without a pool again. '

'Great place to stay for multiple families and friends that have never vacationed together. Spent most of our time in the main house kitchen and living room to accommodate us all. Loved how the owner was quick to answer questions, etc. I rated it a 5 overall, but the place needs a deep clean to get the grunge off the doors and outside furniture and some of the floors. Maybe some paint in between customers. My suggestion includes: labeling the garbage cans, place above garage needs a mini split...

'We enjoyed our stay at this property! It is close enough to walk to the beach and close to many other desirable things to do. The pool area was very nice and wasnt overcrowded. The house was well stocked with kitchen items as well as with many baby items including an umbrella stroller, high chair, and pack and play. They also had beach toys if needed. The owner was very quick and easy to comminicate with! Our only concern was we thought the 5th bedroom was an enclosed bedroom instead of the...

'Everything was better than expected. There were a few minor problems. The water heater kept turning off. We had to relight the pilot light several times, the outside grill propane was low and well I can’t remember the third item. However I called them into the maintenance folks and they were very gracious and professional. I would happily stay there again. '

'With every room having it's own bathroom, this was the perfect option for a small company retreat. The living space is big and open, and the pool out back was perfect for the evenings. There is an area of public beach within walking distance (4 or so blocks), and while it is small, if you go early, you can easily get space. It was easy and super fast to get approval for the golf cart rental with the property, so we used it to shuttle families back and forth between the beach. '

'The house had everything we needed for our large family. It was 1 minute from the beach & the pool was a great size for all of our grandchildren. We very much enjoyed our stay.'
