'The room was outdated and could use some refreshing. The mattress was very firm and uncomfortable. The pillows weren’t much better. We didn’t have much interaction with the staff so I can’t really say they were good or bad. Housekeeping was good - we had fresh towels daily. The pool area was very crowded and only one pool was useable due to it being pretty cold (no fault to the hotel - weather was on the chilly side and its early march).
