'Well organized, clean, quite, beautiful view!'

'Overall this was a great condo. The view was great. We even woke up to dolphins playing which we could see from our balcony. The walk to the beach is just steps away. However, when we got to the condo, after about 5 minutes, we noticed the bottoms of our feet were completely black! The floors were filthy. There was also very very low water pressure in the showers. We did contact customer service at one point because the people in the next condo were forever smoking weed and it was filtering...

'Went for a conference, and really enjoyed having this beach front condo so close to everything. Everywhere we chose to go when we weren’t on the beach was within 10 minutes. The condo was great for our family of 4, but we could’ve comfortable had more people with the couch. '

'Spectacular views of the beach and sounds of the ocean every morning when you wake up and look out the balcony. The condo is right on the beach and the pool was perfect for the kids. All restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions were right on Highway 98 so we never had to travel far. Real Joy Vacations kept in contact from booking, to check in and check out. They answered any and all questions I had. They also have a great Guest Portal to help you navigate your stay. '
