'The hotel was amazing & the staff was extremely accommodating, polite & professional. The only issue was with housekeeping, as each day we had to call multiple times to get our room clean. When you come back from the pool & have zero clean towels, it is frustrating. The hotel scored 100% on every other area & would strongly recommend it to anyone!'

'I think this might be my new favorite place. It was absolutely wonderful. The beach is beautiful, with so many seating options. I stayed at one of the beds with matrassen overlooking the ocean, reading my books. All day long. The lagoon was beautiful as well and I didn’t go in the pool but it’s great it’s there. 'Calvin, Raegan and Vernita made our stay perfect! Our room wasn’t ready as we arrived early but we were offered a room to change into our bathing suites to visit the pool. We were offered cookies, that were very tasty. Calvin personally came to the pool to let us know when our room was ready. Walk to Atlantis was 5 minutes and we were able to access all the pools, slides and beach with no issues. Would definitely stay here again!!'

'The hotel is in a good location in the centre of Nassau. The state of the hotel is very bad. It is like falling apart. The room had many things broken and had very old furnisher. I can mention a few things that were broken (the window blinds, the curtains, the water stopper in the bathroom). The breakfast was ok, not much choices. The pool was emptied and getting re-painted. The staff at the reception was friendly. The cleaners did their job also very good. '
