'The location of the hotel can view the Matterhorn. The property is very modern and all furniture and facilities are very updated and modern. Staffs are friendly. Location is just next to the cable car station and shuttle bus station. '

'Halverwege het treinstation en de liften naar de Kleine Matterhorn ligt dit kleinschalige familiehotel, net buiten de drukke winkelstraat van Zermatt. De inrichting van de kamer, hoewel wat gedateerd, was prima in orde; goed bed en dito bad/douche en onze kamer had een klein balkon. Ook het ontbijt was prima verzorgd, met allerlei soorten brood, hartig en zoet beleg, yoghurt, muesli, fruit, diverse dranken en ei a la minute op verzoek gemaakt. En de receptie hielp uitgebreid met het plannen van...

'The owner at the reception was very friendly, although the reservation from expedia was not received yet, he gave us the key and a better room. Nice room with balcony, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was accommodated to our time of departure. '

'It’s a good, clean hotel with nice beds and healthy variety in breakfast. hotel is a little on the north side of the Centre which is helpful in making it noise free and peaceful. Free pick up and drop off from/to the station by booking is great and necessary as it’s a bit far from the station. Only downside is that the staff are not flexible with requests and we felt are too rigid with rules. Also no air conditioning but you can open the windows for cooler air during nights. '
