'Spent the night after attending the Minnesota Scottish Fair and Highland Games. Didn't book the room until the Thursday before attending on Saturday. Wasn't able to check in until after 8:00pm, yet the front desk staff was pleasant and very helpful. Room was ready and clean. After about an hour after checking in, the Front Looby staff called to check with me as to how the room was and if I needed anything after getting in.'

'Service was goed, na de eerste nacht bleek dat matras niet goed was, gemeld en mochten direct naar een andere kamer. Shuttle dienst van luchthaven/hotel was soms een beetje lang wachten maar prima. Ontbijt was ronduit slecht. hele beperkte keuze, 1 soort ontbijtgraan, pannekoekjes en wit brood met alleen jam als beleg. De vermeldde gratis koffie/thee en water is niet op de kamer maar alleen in de entreehal te halen.'

'This hotel was awesome!! Was it new no but it was very clean!! The rooms were nice!! The pool and hot tub were great!! The staff and the owner of the hotel were absolutely awesome!! They were helpful and very socialable!! The bar tender and bar were so much fun!! Best hotel we have stayed at for years!! Will definately be going back!!'

'The room was small, but very comfortable and perfect for my husband and i on our visit to see his childhood friend that lives in the area. Owners were very friendly and even gave us plastic silverware when our DoorDash forgot to send it. Very nice coffeehouse within walking distance as well. '

'The wastebasket was hidden inside a cabinet in the bathroom. On the first night, electrical maintenance was being performed and cords were sticking out of the ceiling like stalactites. There was no fork amongst the silverware in the room, so I had to request one from the front desk. However, things improved during my stay. The carpets were vacuumed, and the maintenance was completed.'

'I stayed here for 10 days while in town for an event. As a single female traveller, I can say I felt safe & my experience was good. The building isn't fancy & you can tell they are in the middle of a remodel, but despite a the cosmetic imperfections--everything was clean & functional.,I had plenty of hot water & good water pressure.
