'Fantastische ervaring gehad, prachtig en luxe hotel met geweldig uitzicht! Kamers van alle gemakken voorzien, ruime keuze aan restaurants en bars, gevarieerd ontbijt en voor Executive kamers nog een eigen lounge met hapjes en drankjes. Prima ligging voor OV met slechts enkele overstap naar bijv. Tokyo Station of Narita.'

'BEWARE: newly bought presents disappeared from our room. Housekeeping, ofcourse, didn’t know anything. The hotel did not even compensate for the cost of it. Never experience theft from a hotel room before! Unfortunately a very bad experience with this hotel. The room was spacious, with a washingmachine. Beds are a little firm. Wi-Fi is really bad. There is an automatic light in the hallway and in the toilet. This is very inconvenient when one goes to the bathroom during the night because the...

'Lots of amenities and staff were very helpful with any questions. Hotel location was also great, very close to multiple stations- max about 10-15 minutes to Ueno station, ueno-hirokoji station being right around the corner etc. Plenty of food too including all the convenience stores- 7/11, family mart & lawson, with ameyoko market being nearby and nakamise shopping st just a few train stops away! I could go on and on but in a nutshell location is very good - you’d really like it!'
