'Heerlijk verblijf gehad in het hotel. Mooie kamer, goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel én natuurlijk de heerlijke spa. Echt een pluspunt. Even ontspannen na een intensieve dag was heerlijk. Gescheiden spa, waar je je eerst helemaal schoonboent van top tot teen voordat je gaat ontspannen in het heerlijk warme water.
Wij hebben genoten van dit hotel!

'Beautifully presented hotel with one of the most comfortable rooms I've ever stayed in. All the staff are very friendly and there are lots of them so you're never left waiting or without someone to ask. The rooftop bar is a must visit and the experience with the blankets, heaters and hand warmer is memorable. About 30 mins walk from the main train station and we had our luggage transferred to our next location, no trouble. Would definitely return again if staying in Kyoto.'

'Excellent buffet breakfast. One free drink pppn.
On arrival I could not check in, "system error ". I was tijd to come back later"maybe then check in possible ".
In the evening live music, creates nice atmosphere.
Location close to kyoto station.
Next time I would choose a hotel in a busy area like Gion'
