'Great hotel with view! Short walking distance to the subway station and Shibuya crossing. Friendly staff and great check-in experience. The staff immediately took over the luggage and provided a cold towel on a very hot day! Very thoughtful!'

'This hotel has great location! There is metro entrance next door and the big station very close by. there is European style breakfast place next door as well and restaurants. Room was small but ok. Ventilation in bathroom was minimal so it got easily steamy there and you are not allowed to keep door open as that can make the fire alarm to go off...'

'Dormy Inn Shibuya was an excellent stay for our purposes. Close to Shibuya and Harajuku stations for connections, shopping and eating options. While some staff lacked knowledge of English, they were always extremely helpful. The hotel itself was in fine form, too. Rooms a bit small, but that's Japan for you. And facilities and cleaning services were great. Lovely onsen bathing facilities. Recommended!'
