'I had a wonderful 5 nights stay. Staffs were extremely helpful. We were there to celebrate my daughters' birthday and Hotel gave us complimentary breakfasts and drinks. Our room was on the 14th floor with beautiful sunset view of the city. Excellent location and room was very clean with washer/dryer. Bed was very comfortable. We felt very safe and will definitely come back. Loved the Nepresso cafe in room, sure made us feel like home.'

'Our stay was good. Quiet, although it is a little walk from Shibuya station, which can be tiring after a long day of walking. Staff was really helpful, and helped us greatly with shipping our suitcase.

'Excellent experience. Wonderful and charming design. Great bed, pillow and sheets. The pajamas are fabulous. The Higashikawa Sparkling water is absolutely wonderful. The pear juice delicious. Excellent ginger ale. And kudos on the charming rich coffee roast at the cafe. Fabulous scented body and hand wash wow! And the hair conditioner! Ahh..:a delightful visit, charming sumptuous.'

'Personnel was just amazing! The room, for Tokyo norms, was actually quite spacious. It was always spotless clean after I returned from work. I didn't have lunch or dinner here so I do not know if it is good, but twice I had the breakfast and I found that I really got excellent quality. The buffet is a mix of East and West, with many warm options such as beef ragout pasta and grilled chicken (if that is what you like) but you also find the traditional Western items there such as cheese, smoked...

'Dormy Inn Shibuya was an excellent stay for our purposes. Close to Shibuya and Harajuku stations for connections, shopping and eating options. While some staff lacked knowledge of English, they were always extremely helpful. The hotel itself was in fine form, too. Rooms a bit small, but that's Japan for you. And facilities and cleaning services were great. Lovely onsen bathing facilities. Recommended!'

'Great hotel. The rooms are in very good condition since the hotel is new. The design of the rooms and of the public areas is really neat. Only the last night the fire alarm sounded and everyone in the hotel was awake.
The location is really great. The area has many bars and restaurants and is still very quiet. On walking distance to the more busy Roppongi. '
