« The hotel advertises complimentary rollaway beds, which is one of the reasons we booked this property. After checking in, we were told none were available. If rollaway beds are subject to availability, that should be clearly stated in the room description. Advertising them as an included amenity without that clarification is misleading and affected our stay. We understand inventory can be limited, but no alternative accommodation or solution was offered. »
