'Fine hotel for a short stay. We had to take the ferry EARLY the next morning and this hotel was perfect for that. Rooms are a bit dated but clean. You could hear the people a bit from neighboring rooms but it was nothing too crazy. All in all a good place to stay for this price. '

Poorly maintained (plaster all over bathroom; doors stained). Kitchen was dirty (I couldn't use the sponge as it was smelly and disgusting). Batteries missing in...

'Snug Harbor was great location about 15 minutes from the Friday Harbor ferry. The cabins were beautifully appointed with fireplace, all kitchen needs, great views, and roomy, clean, modern cabins. We loved the outdoor spaces with the grill, grassy areas and kayaks to go see the harbor seals. Staff was amazing and cute coffee shop onsite. Everyday we saw foxes, deer, bald eagles and harbor seals. Very cute Downtown was easy to get to for whale watching, shopping and dinner. Highly recommend'

'I didn't realize the office closed at 9:00 PM and arrived shortly after that time. However, the gentleman at the office kindly stayed late to check me in. I truly appreciated his help, though I felt a bit guilty about it. I apologize! Our room was cozy and charming. We only stayed for one night, so I don't have much to say. However, we all enjoyed the room.'

We could hear every step from above and also conversations that prevented us from getting much sleep. We were also woken early by guests in the room next door who entertained guests on the porch and took chairs from our porch without regard for us in the room next to them.
